Stone World: 3,700 years ago, a mysterious light turns all humankind to stone. The protagonists are Senku Ishigami and Taiju Oki, who wake up after the petrification to rebuild civilization. The camera angles and the artwork, from the little details to the fight scenes, was next level, even for a shounen anime. It is an adaptation of the Dr. Stone manga written by Riichirō Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. It premiered on January 14, 2021, with Crunchyroll simulcasting the series worldwide outside of Asia.
